Your kids will enjoy a 90 minute class at a beautiful place with some Wicked decor in the room! The class will be filled with music from the soundtrack Wicked along with other fun surprises.
This enchanting yoga class for children in grades 2-7 will be held on Sunday, February 23 at 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. at The Fountain Wellness Center, 8469 Sheridan Drive in Williamsville. The class will include mindfulness activities, handouts, yoga poses, dancing, quotes/affirmations from the movie Wicked, "bubble breathing" with bubbles, a Wicked craft and a special guided relaxation time. The class will also stress important life lessons that we can learn from the movie Wicked.
Optional: Your child may come dressed in black, green, and pink or as a character from the Land of Oz, if he/she wishes! Please bring a yoga mat (preferred) or towel and an optional water bottle.
The cost is $30 per child. Kindly submit payment and complete the registration form.
